*The President of the Segamat Municipal Council has the authority to reduce or increase the set rental fee or waive the fee at his discretion.
How to Apply:
- Submit a rental application letter to the Chairman of the Segamat Municipal Council no later than one month before the date of use.
Hall Usage Rules Segamat Municipal Council
- All rental fees must be paid before using the Hall.
- Please bring along a copy of the computer-printed payment receipt only when using the Hall.
- Users must be responsible for the cleanliness and safety of equipment inside and outside the hall during and after use.
- Users are strictly prohibited from bringing in any food/drinks that are forbidden by Islam or anything that could damage/contaminate the hall.
- The Segamat Municipal Council reserves the right to cancel the use of the hall without giving any reason.
- Any conditions and regulations set are subject to amendment by the Segamat Municipal Council.
WARNING: Segamat Municipal Council will not be responsible for any form of accident or injury that occurs during the rental and use of user property while using MPS halls.
For Government Statutory Bodies wishing to use the MPS halls, they must make an official application to the President of the Segamat Municipal Council.
