The roles and responsibilities of the CIO are as follows:
- Ensure all users comply with the MPS ICT Security Policy.
- Ensure that all organizational requirements (financial resources, human resources and security protection) are adequate.
- Ensure all users understand the provisions under the MPS ICT Security Policy.
- Ensure risk assessment and ICT security programs are implemented as stipulated in the MPS ICT Security Policy.
